Supply and distributor visibility

See stock by outlet before it runs out.

Distributor sell-out, outlet stock and orders in one view for pharma companies, distributors and health programmes in Kenya and East Africa, with alerts when an outlet drops below its threshold or stock nears expiry.

The problem

Stock-outs usually show in the data. Just not in time.

Sell-out figures arrive by email, PDF and phone call, in a different shape from each distributor. Nobody can see stock by outlet or county until someone compiles it, and by then the reorder is late. Short-dated stock sits in one town while another runs out.

What it includes

What gets built in a pilot.

Distributor and channel reporting

Sell-out from each distributor brought into one agreed format, whether it arrives as a spreadsheet, a PDF or a WhatsApp message.

Days of cover by outlet

Stock and recent movement turned into days of cover for each outlet, product and county.

Low-stock and expiry alerts

An alert to the right person when an outlet drops below its threshold or a batch nears expiry. Your team sets the thresholds.

Redistribution shortlists

A short list of where surplus stock sits and where it's needed, so a transfer can happen before a patient finds the gap.

Who it's for

Built for these teams.

Commercial and supply teams at pharma companies
Distributors and wholesalers serving many outlets
Health programmes tracking donated or subsidised products
How a pilot works

Start small. Prove it. Then grow.

01

Map the workflow

A 30-minute call on how the work runs today. Who reports what, where it goes, and where it gets stuck.

Free, no commitment
02

Find the bottleneck

Usually one or two points where visibility breaks, not the whole operation. That's where we start.

Written scope and price
03

Run a paid pilot

2 to 4 weeks on one region, product line or team, with what counts as success agreed in writing first.

Working system in weeks
04

Scale what works

Roll out to more regions or teams only once the pilot has shown results.

Questions

Common questions.

Do we need to replace our current system?

No. The pilot starts with the data your team and distributors already send. If you have an ERP or a distributor portal, it becomes one of the sources.

Our distributors all send data differently. Is that a problem?

That's the usual starting point. Mapping each format into one structure is part of the pilot scope.

Where does our data live?

In your own accounts where possible. Systems follow Kenya's Data Protection Act and collect only what the job needs.

How long does a pilot take?

2 to 4 weeks on one region or product line, with what counts as success agreed in writing first.
